By registering for the masterclass, joining the DIGITAL VYAPAR community, or otherwise using this website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Registration for the masterclass is free. Access instructions and the live/webinar joining link are shared only inside the WhatsApp community group for registered attendees. We reserve the right to reschedule, change the format of, or cancel a session, and to limit the number of attendees.

Certain bonuses described on this site (AI frameworks, community access, partnership offers, ebooks, courses, and the Diamond Creator Training System) are available only to active DIGITAL VYAPAR members and may have their own eligibility criteria (for example, reaching a stated monthly income threshold). Bonus availability, value, and terms may change without prior notice and are provided at our discretion.

All proprietary system architecture, workflow patterns, Agentic AI methodologies, course materials, ebooks ("EARN MILLION A MONTH" and related titles), and other content made available through the Service are the intellectual property of Lead-to-Cash Engine / Digital Vyapar or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized replication of operational blueprints, frameworks, or course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Where a paid product or membership is purchased (including but not limited to courses, masterclasses-2 offerings, or the DIGITAL VYAPAR partnership), the price, currency, and billing frequency shown at checkout apply. Unless stated otherwise for a specific offer, payments are non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted. Any refund policy specific to a paid offer will be stated on that offer's own checkout page.

You agree not to:

• Share your masterclass or membership access with people who have not registered.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or redistribute our content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

The Service, masterclass, and any income or results discussed are provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific income, revenue, or business outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and execution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead-to-Cash Engine / Digital Vyapar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
