This Privacy Policy explains how Lead-to-Cash Engine, operated under the Digital Vyapar brand ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you register for our masterclass, join our WhatsApp community, or otherwise use this website (the "Service").

When you register for the free masterclass or contact us, we collect:

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number (including your +91 mobile number where you register from India).
• Business details: optional information you share about your business, revenue, or goals when using our lead-capture forms or diagnostic tools.
• Communications: messages you send us over WhatsApp, email, or the live chat widget, and records of the automated messages we send you.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and referral source, collected automatically to help us improve the Service.

When you provide your phone number, we use it to identify you as a lead in our systems and to send you masterclass reminders, webinar links, and relevant offers over WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We do not share your phone number with unrelated third parties, and we never sell your contact information.

By submitting your phone number through our registration form, you consent to receive WhatsApp and/or email messages related to the masterclass, community, and DIGITAL VYAPAR program. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

We use essential cookies to keep the site functioning (e.g. session state) and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use cookies to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features of the Service may not function correctly if you disable them.

By registering, you agree that we may email or WhatsApp you: (a) transactional messages (registration confirmation, webinar links, reminders), and (b) marketing messages about the masterclass, DIGITAL VYAPAR community, and related offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp message to opt out of further marketing messages.

• To register you for the masterclass and send access/joining links.
• To follow up on your interest in DIGITAL VYAPAR and related programs.
• To operate our internal CRM so our team can respond to your queries.
• To improve our website, content, and offers based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (see our Data Processing & Sub-processors page for the current list), and only to the extent needed to run the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain lead and account data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

You may, at any time, request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Delete your personal data from our systems ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails or WhatsApp messages.
